Our Story
About me
I was Born and raised in Florence, Tuscany. Being the one in the family to inherit my grandmother's recipes book, I thought it was my obligation to share these treasures.
During the last years I have organized a workshop called "Pasta for Dummies" where I teached Danes and non-Danes how to buy, make and prepare pasta.
At the same time I realized how much ignorance there is about authentic Italian food and how many fake Italian restaurants there are around the city.
With The Red Etruscan project, I aim to bring the real Tuscan tradition to Copenhagen's people.

Kitchen Collective
Kitchen Collective is an inclusive, democratic, and agenda-setting food innovation house build on sharing economy with a collective kitchen, shop, venue and events plus knowledge and education in the middle of the meatpacking district in Copenhagen.
Located in the heart of Copenhagen, the space has been thoughtfully adapted to create an intimate dining environment while preserving its distinctive character.

Kaktus Towers
Kaktus Towers are one of Copenhagen's newest architectural landmarks in Central Copenhagen. Our dining experience will take place in the Get Together event room on the fourth floor of Tower B. The venue, easily accessible by public transport and just minutes from the city center, provides an elegant backdrop for our communal dining experience.
